I have made two purchases from this store. The one star is for the first purchase of two tallboys and the entire process the first time went smoothly from sale to delivery.

In contrast to my recent purchase of 4 recliners turned out to be a disappointing experience. I purchase them on the 23 of July with delivery the following week on the 27 of July. Upon delivery on the afternoon of the 27 of July i noticed 4 missing armrests.Since the store was closed i went in the following day to report these concerns with photos. However rather than a simple apology and promise to fix this on the spot i was treated like a criminal and forced by sales rep richita to email customer support whilst instore and wait for over an hour for a reply. She originally wanted me to leave the store and wait for a response later in the day but for products which had been delivered with missing items this response was very disgraceful. I also offered the store the opportunity to come out the same day to inspect the missing items but they refused. I was also denied the opportunity to speak by phone to head office as all requests have to be done via live chat according to her.

Eventually the missing products were delivered by the drivers two days later who were easy to deal with after the inspected the missing items. I genuinely doubt homelands warranty is worth the paper its written on if going by the quality of the lounges.
